St Matthews Church of England School, Harlaston and the Mary Howard School from Edingale had their combined Sports Day at Harlaston on Tuesday.
On a fine afternoon a large crowd, mainly parents, watched the very keen competition. The officials were staff from both schools and some parents.
The prizes were presented by the Rev. Harold Perrins of The Rectory, Harlaston.
Among the events were the potato race, ball and spoon race, sack race, relay and high jump.
